07/27/2026, 12:15The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan has announced a tender for the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of a comprehensive video surveillance system. The estimated contract value is 43.42 million KGS.
The procurement does not involve the supply of individual cameras, but rather the creation of a ‘turnkey’ system. The contractor will be required to supply the equipment, carry out its installation, lay the cabling infrastructure, perform commissioning work, integrate all components into a single system and commission the facility. The procurement also includes training for General Staff personnel on how to operate the system.
According to the technical specifications, the system must provide round-the-clock video recording and the ability to access it remotely where a network is available; all equipment must be new and previously unused. Acceptance will take place only after the full scope of work has been completed and the system commissioning certificate has been signed.
The supplier is required to equip 30 sites, the addresses of which are listed in the annex to the technical specifications. Delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of the equipment must be completed within three months of the contract coming into force. The tender price must include all associated costs — transport, loading and unloading, taxes, installation and commissioning.
Potential bidders are subject to a comprehensive list of qualification requirements. In particular, the supplier must demonstrate that it has the necessary material and technical resources, qualified specialists, after-sales support within Kyrgyzstan, and experience of carrying out similar projects over the last two years. Furthermore, the total value of confirmed similar contracts must amount to at least 60 per cent of the initial procurement value.
