The State Committee for National Security takes control of digital identification of mobile devices

The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution approving the procedure for identifying mobile devices.

According to the document, the State Committee for National Security has been appointed as the coordinating body and owner of the State Digital Technology System for Mobile Device Identification, and Kyrgyz Mobile Registration Center LLC as the operator of this system.

The Kyrgyz Mobile Registration Center is a private enterprise with one participant. The director of the center, re-registered on June 19, 2025, is Iskander Khabibullaevich Aliyev.

The resolution was developed as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Procedure for Identifying Mobile Devices” and is aimed at modernizing the system, simplifying the registration of mobile devices, increasing its efficiency, as well as reliably protecting users' personal data and reducing public discontent.

Major repairs have begun on a cotton processing plant in the Kara-Suu district
In the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region, major repairs have been underway since July at the Kyrgyz Experimental Cotton Breeding Station. The state budget has allocated 33 million KGS for the work. The station, built in 1968, has not been repaired since Kyrgyzstan gained independence. The reconstruction is scheduled to be completed by August 31, 2025.
