08/04/2025, 13:00The State Committee for National Security has returned to state ownership a number of properties in the Osh region that had been illegally transferred to private ownership. This was reported by the press service of the agency.
According to the SCNS, during preliminary investigations in the Chon-Alai district, violations were identified in the privatization of land plots with a total area of 12.68 hectares.
In particular, plots in the village of Daroot-Korgon were returned—0.7 hectares with an administrative building with an area of 749.65 m² and 0.14 hectares with a gas station and a store, as well as 11.84 hectares of land in the village of Burgan-Suu.
All of the properties, as specified by the GKNB, were illegally acquired by relatives of the alleged leader of an organized criminal group, Asylbek Anapiyayev.
Work to identify and return illegally privatized land plots and social infrastructure facilities to the state is continuing.
