The head of FinanceCreditBank resigned of her own accord

FinanceCreditBank has announced changes in the composition of its executive body. The decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 12.

The powers of the Chair of the Management Board, Irina Zinchenko, have been terminated. The bank specifies that she left her position of her own accord, with her dismissal effective from December 12.

Aigul Mambetalieva has been appointed acting chair of the board. She took office the day before, on December 15. Neither of these individuals has a stake in the bank's authorized capital.

The ceremony was attended by Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry.
