03/05/2026, 11:45On February 27, 2026, the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked two licenses from Kart Fly LLC for violating legal requirements. The licenses were issued on November 15, 2024, and were valid for just over a year.
These licenses were for the provision of processing and clearing services for third-party payments and settlements, as well as for the acceptance and execution of payments and settlements for goods and services in favor of third parties through payment systems.
According to public data, the company operates in the field of information technology. Its main activity is other activities in the field of information technology and computing (economic activity code 62.09.0). The head of the company is listed as Dzhumagulov Kanybek Kalybekovich.
The founders are Rashid Suleimanovich Sushonlo, a natural person, as well as Financial Infrastructure CJSC and Aikol Investment Group LLC.
According to tax reports, in 2025, the company paid about 238,000 KGS in taxes to the budget. In 2026, the amount of taxes paid was 152,333.11 KGS. The company used a simplified taxation system based on a single tax.
At the same time, the tax authorities had previously had claims against the company. In particular, the State Tax Service Office for the Leninsky District of Bishkek imposed sanctions for late payment of income tax for June in the amount of 2,170 KGS.
