09/25/2025, 18:00Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev familiarised himself with the progress of construction of the Yntymak residential complex by the State Mortgage Company.
The President's Chief of Staff and the Chairman of the State Mortgage Company presented information on the progress of construction work to the head of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Yntymak residential complex, which is being built as part of the My Home state housing programme, will consist of 48 multi-storey buildings with 18 and 24 floors. The complex will have 6,970 apartments with a total area of 603,534 square metres. There will be 3,852 parking spaces and 32,606 square metres of commercial space. The construction work consists of four stages.
Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev noted that work on the construction of multi-storey buildings is underway in all regions of the country, in settlements, large cities and districts.
Currently, as part of the implementation of the state housing programme to provide citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic with affordable housing, 925 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million square metres are under construction.
