The head of the Cabinet checked on the construction of an international road in the Osh region

During a working trip to the Osh region, Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev familiarised himself with the progress of major repairs to the international motorway between Uzgen, Myrza, Ake, Kara and Kulja.

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the President's authorised representative in the Osh region reported on the progress of the work.
It should be noted that the length of the section of the Uzgen-Myrza-Ake-Kara-Kulja motorway under repair is 34 kilometres and consists of three sections, as well as two bridges.

The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. The estimated cost of the project is 2.2 billion soms. A number of works are currently underway, such as the construction of pavements and the laying of asphalt concrete. 90-95% of the planned works have been completed.

After familiarising himself with the progress of the major repairs, Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev instructed the heads of the relevant state agencies to pay special attention to the quality of construction work and the timely completion of the project.
