12/01/2025, 17:40The State Tax Service has published a list of inactive legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
The list will allow local tax authorities to begin the procedure of compulsory liquidation of legal entities and cancellation of registration of individual entrepreneurs 30 days after its official publication.
During this period, creditors and other interested parties may apply to the tax authorities to suspend the procedure for compulsory liquidation or cancellation of registration if there are grounds for doing so or if questions arise.
Taxpayers can view the list on the main page of the State Tax Service website sti.gov.kg in the ‘Other sections’ section or at this link.
