The authorized capital of the “Guarantee Fund” was increased to 10 billion KGS

The authorized capital of OJSC “Guarantee Fund” increased from 6.63 billion to 10.06 billion KGS following an additional share issue worth 3.43 billion KGS. OJSC “State Financial Holding” became a new shareholder of the company, acquiring 34.09% of the shares.

As part of the additional share issuance, the holding company acquired 34.3 million common shares with a par value of 100 KGS each. Following the changes to its capital and shareholder structure, on October 19, 2026, the “Guarantee Fund” underwent state re-registration with the justice authorities.

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan remains the largest shareholder with a 60.13% stake, corresponding to 6.05 billion KGS. The State Financial Holding owns 34.09% of the shares, valued at 3.43 billion KGS, while the State Agency for State Property Management owns 5.78%, valued at 582 million KGS.

The capital increase is expected to expand the fund’s capacity to provide guarantees to entrepreneurs. This mechanism helps businesses obtain loans when they lack sufficient collateral. The company anticipates that the additional capital will allow it to increase the volume of guarantee support, facilitate access to financing for small and medium-sized businesses, and promote the implementation of investment projects.
