The planned targets were exceeded by 104.3%, which is 12.7 billion KGS above the plan.
Compared to the same period last year, revenues increased by 73.2 billion KGS, or a growth rate of 130.9%.
"We are seeing the results of the reforms being carried out in the tax sphere. In terms of statistics, tax revenues to the republican and local budgets exceeded 243 billion KGS in 10 months, which is 66 billion KGS more than in the same period last year. The growth amounted to 137%. In addition, we are responsible for collecting insurance contributions, and here we also see positive dynamics. Over 10 months, more than 66 billion KGS were collected, which is 6.7 billion KGS more than last year," emphasised the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service.
Mirlan Rakhmanov noted that the growth in revenue was not achieved by increasing the tax burden, but by expanding the taxpayer base, digitising processes and increasing the level of voluntary tax payments.
The results confirm the effectiveness of the reforms and the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan's tax system, which is aimed at creating favourable conditions for business and strengthening the country's economic potential.
