State Financial Holding will invest 133 million KGS in the capital of the State Leasing Company

The State Financial Holding Company has decided to purchase shares from an additional issue of OJSC “State Leasing Company” for 133 million KGS.

The sole shareholder’s decision was made on April 23.

The deal is a continuation of the holding company’s strategy to expand its participation in state financial institutions. Earlier, in March, Gosfinholding had already announced plans to become a shareholder in the State Leasing Company and the Entrepreneurship Development Fund.

At that time, it was reported that the holding company intended to allocate 500 million KGS each to purchase additional shares in the two entities. Against this backdrop, the current decision to invest 133 million KGS may be part of a phased entry into the capital of the State Leasing Company.
