05/18/2026, 13:43The State Development Bank of Kyrgyzstan will increase its authorized capital by 2 billion KGS at once. The decision was made on May 12 by the bank’s sole shareholder.
According to published information, the bank’s capital will increase from 21.4 billion KGS to 23.4 billion KGS. To achieve this, the financial institution will issue an additional 2 million common registered shares with a par value of 1,000 KGS each.
Upon completion of the issuance, the bank’s total authorized capital will reach 23.413 billion KGS.
At the same time, the shareholder approved the terms of the new share issuance, as well as a revised version of the bank’s charter reflecting the capital increase. Additionally, the bank must undergo state re-registration with the justice authorities.
