The government is to raise 700 million KGS through the issue of 12-month government treasury bills (GTBs)

The government plans to raise 700 million KGS through the placement of government treasury bills (GTBs). The auction for the sale of the securities will take place on 24 September 2026.

The maturity of the issue will be 12 months. The yield on the GKTs will be determined following the auction, depending on participants’ bids.

As at 21 September, the total volume of government securities in circulation stands at 1.31 billion KGS. Following the placement of the new issue, the amount of funds raised through the GKV may increase to 2.01 billion KGS, provided the entire amount tendered is sold.
