49% of the shares in Maykamp LLC voluntarily transferred to the state

Based on the results of the measures taken, the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic has identified facts of illegal withdrawal of former state property (privatisation) in the form of assets of the former JSC ‘Maikampa – Bishkek Production and Sales Maslosyrbaza’ (now LLC ‘Maikampa’).

Thus, it has been established that during the period of active denationalisation and privatisation of state property from 1991 to 2000, the share of JSC ‘Maikampa – Bishkek Production and Sales Maslosyrbaza’, owned by the state property management authority, was purchased by individuals at an undervalued price in violation of the legislation in force at that time.

During the investigation, the founders of this company, realising that their ownership of part of the company was unlawful, voluntarily expressed their desire to transfer 49% of the shares in Maykampa LLC to the state.

Currently, the founders of this company have voluntarily transferred 49% of the company's shares to the balance sheet of the State Agency for State Property Management.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
