Commercial premises in a residential complex were transferred to the state

In the course of the ongoing work to compensate for the damage caused to the state, the SCNS KR initiated a criminal case on the fact of illegal privatisation of a land plot.

It is reported that the plot is located at 1 Karakulskaya Street in Bishkek (territory near the park zone of the Botanical Garden).

In particular, in 1996, by the decision of the Bishkek Mayor's Office, Kainar CJSC was granted a land plot of 64 hectares for use as a production base temporarily, until the beginning of works on the expansion of the Botanical Garden.

After that, in 2012, the managers of Kainar CJSC, possibly with the use of corrupt connections, with the tacit assistance of municipal officials, illegally registered the right of private ownership of the land plot, which was subsequently sold to a construction company for $1 million 400 thousand.

At present, the construction of a residential complex ‘Ecocomplex O2’ is being carried out on the plot.

As a result of the work carried out by the State Committee, the head of ‘Kainar’ CJSC Sh.T.A. transferred commercial premises with the area of 373.63 square metres in the residential complex under construction to the balance of the state as compensation for the illegally sold property, and also undertook to reimburse the rest of the damage caused.
