Part of the territory of the central stadium in Osh has been returned to the state

A plot of land with buildings, with a total area of 2,700 square meters, located on the territory of the central stadium in Osh and forming an integral part of it, has been returned to the state. This was reported by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On urgent measures to ensure conditions for the further use of social infrastructure facilities,” 37 social infrastructure facilities are not subject to sale by state-owned and privatized enterprises and institutions, regardless of the size of the state's share in the authorized capital, if such facilities are on their balance sheet or were transferred free of charge during privatization on the condition that the existing order of their use be preserved.

It has been established that the specified facility was illegally transferred to private ownership in violation of the decree, with a change in its intended purpose.

As a result of the work done, the land plot with buildings has been returned to state ownership and transferred to the balance sheet of the Osh City Hall. This will ensure the improvement of social infrastructure, the creation of a favorable environment, and an increase in the quality of life for city residents.
