The State Traffic Police Agency has announced a tender worth 34.6 million KGS for the maintenance of official vehicles

The Main Directorate for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has announced a tender for the maintenance and repair of official vehicles, including the cost of spare parts. The planned procurement value is 34.57 million KGS.

Information about the procurement was published on 1 October on the official public procurement portal. Bids from suppliers will be accepted until 16 October 2026, 16:00.

The procurement is divided into three lots depending on the region:

  • 15.16 million KGS — repair and maintenance of service vehicles belonging to the Traffic Police Department under the Bishkek City Police Directorate and the central office of the State Traffic Police Directorate;
  • 8.84 million KGS — for the maintenance of vehicles in the Chui, Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions;
  • 10.57 million KGS — for the maintenance of vehicles in the Batken, Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, as well as in the city of Osh.

The supplier must carry out repairs and maintenance on vehicles in response to the customer’s requests within two calendar days of receiving the request.

Services must be provided continuously, including at weekends and on public holidays, provided a request has been made.

The cost of spare parts must be included in the total cost of the services. No additional payment for these parts is envisaged on the part of the customer.

To participate, suppliers must have a service centre in the relevant region—either owned or under a lease agreement—as well as the necessary equipment. The availability of the material and technical resources must be confirmed by documents and photographs.

Furthermore, the participant must have qualified specialists with at least two years’ experience in providing similar services. Experience is also required in fulfilling at least two similar contracts or providing similar services in 2025–2026, with a total value of at least the cost of the relevant lot or at least two-thirds of its planned cost.

The warranty period for spare parts must be at least six months, and for the quality of the services provided, at least three months. Should any defects be identified, the contractor is obliged to rectify them within two calendar days.

The tender guarantee for the supplier’s bid is set at 2 per cent of the bid amount. Payment under the contract is to be made upon acceptance of the services rendered; no advance payment is provided for.

Suppliers’ bids shall remain valid for 60 days.
