The gambling business brought 383.4 million KGS to the budget in ten months

According to the budget execution report for January–October, revenues from gambling continue to grow. The total amount of taxes from casinos, bookmakers, slot machines, and online casinos reached 383 million 381.4 thousand KGS.

The entire amount was allocated to the republican budget; local budgets did not receive any revenue from this item.

The structure of the tax on gambling activities consists of:

• Casinos — 364.6 million KGS;
• Slot machines/computer simulators — 6.27 million KGS;
• Bookmakers and totalizators — 6 million KGS;
• Online casinos and virtual casinos — 6 million 503.4 thousand KGS.

Thus, it can be seen that more than 95% of all revenues were provided by traditional casinos.

In the same period of 2024, revenues from gambling taxes were significantly lower. At that time, the treasury received 232 million 611.9 thousand KGS in gambling taxes. Of these:

• Casinos — 221 million KGS;
• Slot machines — 1.58 million KGS;
• Bookmakers and totalizators — 10 million 5.8 thousand KGS;
• Online casinos — 30,500 KGS.

Over the year, casino revenues grew by 144 million, taxes from online casinos increased more than 210 times — from 30,500 to 6.5 million KGS, and total revenues from the gambling business — by 150.7 million.
