The Osh region received 739.5 million KGS in interbudgetary transfers

In the first seven months of 2025, the Osh region received 739.5 million KGS in interbudgetary transfers from the republican budget. The funds were allocated to balance budgets, finance preschool institutions, develop master plans for settlements, subsidize heat supply enterprises, and partially compensate for electricity costs.

Part of the funding was allocated to the implementation of certain state powers by local self-government bodies, support for the winners of the “Best Ayil Okmotu” competition, and the implementation of social projects. In particular, funds have been allocated for the repair of kindergarten buildings, the construction of playgrounds, and the organization of events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the statesman and public figure Toktogul Zulpuev.

Additionally, 142.2 million KGS have been allocated from the republican budget to compensate the ayyl okmotu of the Osh region for electricity consumption.
