01/15/2026, 15:03There have been changes in the shareholder structure of Kyrgyzenergostroy. Specifically, K-Dialog LLC, a company with foreign participation, has increased its share in the issuer's authorized capital. The changes took effect on December 30, according to the disclosed information.
As a result of the transaction, K-Dialog acquired 12 ordinary shares, increasing its stake from 7,483 to 7,495 shares. The investor's share increased from 93.6397% to 93.84% of the authorized capital. The nominal value of one share is 100 KGS. The total number of ordinary shares of the company is 7,987.
K-Dialog LLC is registered in Bishkek and has foreign participation. The company previously controlled the majority stake, so the additional purchase did not affect its position in the capital.
Kyrgyzenergostroy OJSC is one of the oldest companies in the country's construction industry, registered back in 1995. At the time of its last re-registration in May 2016, the company had a broad shareholder base of 149 individuals and one legal entity.
