InvesCor SA has paid investors more than 1 million KGS in bond interest

The microfinance company “InvesCor SA” has completed the payment of interest on the bonds of the first tranche of the second issue for the seventh interest period.

According to the disclosed information, 37 bondholders were entitled to receive coupon income. The total amount of accrued payments was 1,125,000 KGS.

In fact, 34 investors received income, with a total of 1,075,500 KGS paid out. Thus, the company fulfilled its obligations to pay 95.6% of the accrued coupon income.

As of the date of this report, three bondholders remained unpaid. The unpaid amount totaled 49,500 KGS and pertains to 220 bonds.

The company explained that the delay was due to the fact that the interest had not been claimed by the investors.

The bonds on which the income was paid belong to the first tranche of the company’s second issue, registered on August 19, 2024.
