06/11/2025, 14:26President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree approving the National Development Program until 2030. This strategic document will become the basis for the formation of a strong and prosperous state, defining priorities and goals for the medium term.
Among the key objectives is to increase the gross domestic product to at least $30 billion. It is also planned to increase GDP per capita to $4.5 thousand, to ensure annual economic growth of at least 8 percent, to enter the top 30 countries in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to improve Kyrgyzstan's position in the Human Development Index by at least 10 points.
To achieve these goals, the Program provides for improvement of the system of public administration, growth of labor productivity, introduction of modern technologies and active attraction of investments.
The President stressed that the success of the program depends on the concerted efforts of all - government bodies, business, civil society institutions and citizens themselves. He noted that it is necessary to abandon a formal approach and ensure full dedication at all levels.
The results of the Program should be tangible in everyday life: reliable and safe roads, modern schools, accessible hospitals, sustainable jobs, clean environment and effective public services.
