The Cabinet of Ministers discussed the creation of an industrial park and support for the domestic engineering sector

First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev held a working meeting with the heads of relevant ministries and departments, as well as representatives of the domestic business community.

During the meeting, the progress of strategic investment projects, the creation of the first industrial park in the Chui Region, and measures to provide state support for the domestic engineering and agricultural sectors were discussed.

The meeting also addressed the issue of support for the ‘AgromashHolding–TechService’ agricultural goods and services co-operative in Tokmok, which assembles LOVOL tractors.
Mechanisms to encourage the purchase of domestic agricultural machinery were discussed, including through the improvement of existing preferential leasing programmes.

The meeting also addressed the establishment of an industrial park in the Ysyk-Ata District of the Chui Region, aimed at developing production infrastructure, attracting investment, establishing new enterprises and creating jobs, as well as the construction of an oil storage facility in the Talas Region.

Following the meeting, the relevant government bodies were instructed to prepare appropriate proposals and to continue work on implementing these initiatives.
