07/12/2026, 09:00The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has declared all decisions governing the implementation of the ‘40 Initiatives from 40 Districts’ project to be no longer in force. The resolution came into force on the day of its official publication. This was reported in the newspaper Erkin Too.
The Cabinet of Ministers has repealed the resolution of 29 July 2022, which had approved the procedure for selecting innovative initiatives and start-ups developed in the regions as part of the ‘40 Initiatives from 40 Districts’ project. Amendments made to the document in 2023 and 2025 have also been repealed.
The relevant resolution was signed by the Prime Minister, Adylbek Kasymaliev. The document was adopted as part of a review of regulatory legal acts.
The ‘40 Initiatives from 40 Districts’ project was launched in 2022 to support innovative initiatives and start-ups developed in the regions of Kyrgyzstan. The procedure for selecting projects was subsequently amended twice — in 2023 and 2025.
