Cabinet Approves Regulations for Tenir-Too Development Fund and Regional Development Funds in Naryn Region

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has adopted the Regulations on the Tenir-Too Development Fund of the Naryn Region and the development funds of the region's districts. The document aims to improve the efficiency of these funds and regulates the procedures for submitting applications for funding for social and infrastructure projects implemented within the framework of state subsidies and local community initiatives.

The Regulations establish clear criteria for project selection, approve contract forms, and set out a methodology for monitoring and evaluating the use of funds from the Tenir-Too Fund and district funds in the Naryn region.

Special attention is paid to economic projects financed through commercial banks in Kyrgyzstan: they must be implemented in full in accordance with the terms of financial agreements concluded between banks and funds. This approach is designed to ensure transparency, control, and effectiveness of the funds invested for the sustainable development of the region.
