10/02/2025, 18:00The Cabinet of Ministers has approved regulations on the procedure for providing monthly allowances to residents of high-altitude areas. The relevant decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliyev.
The resolution was developed with the aim of providing additional state support to citizens (families) with children under the age of 3 who live in settlements located in high-altitude and remote areas that are difficult to access, as well as in certain border areas with special status.
The monthly allowance for citizens (families) living in settlements located in high-altitude and remote areas that are difficult to access, in certain border areas with special status, from the birth of their third and each subsequent child until they reach the age of 3, is set at 3,000 KGS.
The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic is instructed to allocate funds from the republican budget in accordance with the established procedure for the timely payment of the monthly allowance.
The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration is instructed to take the necessary measures to implement this resolution.
The resolution shall enter into force on 1 January 2026.
