Among them, the share of "normal" loans decreased from 53.2% to 50.4%, and loans "under observation" decreased from 18.9% to 15.8%. At the same time, loans of satisfactory quality increased to 23% (in 2023 – 18.7%).
The share of classified loans increased significantly, from 9.2% to 10.8%, mainly due to the growth of substandard loans: from 3% to 6.5%.
At the same time, the share of doubtful and bad loans, on the contrary, decreased.
