“Kant Cement Plant” will pay the auditor $38,000

The shareholders of the Kant Cement Plant have approved the company’s auditor and the fee for its services. Forvis Mazars Audit LLC will be responsible for auditing the company’s financial statements.

According to a resolution of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 21, the cost of auditing the plant’s financial statements for 2025 will be $38,000, including taxes. The amount also includes verbal consultations on international financial reporting standards, but does not include overhead costs.

The decision was made against the backdrop of the company’s high profits. At the end of 2025, the cement plant’s net profit amounted to 1.54 billion KGS.

Earlier, shareholders also decided to allocate approximately 386.3 million KGS, or about 25% of profits, to dividend payments. The dividend amount was approved at 37.63 KGS per share.

In addition to approving the auditor, shareholders approved the CEO’s report, the board of directors’ report, and the conclusion of the company’s internal audit department.
