“Kapstroy KG” was fined for violation of environmental norms

The Environmental and Technical Supervision Service revealed a violation of environmental legislation at the facility of Kapstroy KG LLP during an unscheduled inspection conducted in Bishkek and Alamudun district. It was found that the company carried out a volley emission of pollutants into the atmosphere without an agreed emission permit for 2024.

For this violation, the company's administration was fined KGS 28,000 in accordance with Article 230 of the Kyrgyz Republic Code of Offenses.

The Environmental and Technical Supervision Service calls on companies to strictly comply with the requirements of environmental legislation and warns of continued inspections to prevent environmental damage.
