08/04/2026, 15:17Inventories of goods and materials in Kyrgyzstan stood at 686.7 billion KGS at the end of the first quarter of 2026. Since the start of the year, the figure has increased by 3.3 per cent, or 21.9 billion KGS.
The growth in stocks was driven by an increase of 28.9 billion KGS in work-in-progress and 8.7 billion KGS in finished goods.
At the same time, there was a reduction in production stocks, inventories of goods and stocks of auxiliary materials. The trend in this indicator reflects changes in the structure of enterprises’ stocks and current developments in the manufacturing sector of the economy.
