The Keminsky Electrical Engineering Plant has renewed its board of directors

The Keminsky Electrical Engineering Plant made changes to the composition of its board of directors following the annual general meeting of shareholders held on April 24.

According to the disclosed information, the powers of board member Nikolai Didenko have been terminated. He owns 0.315% of the company’s shares. Yuri Ryzhkov, whose stake in the authorized capital is 0.604%, has joined the updated board.

The decision was adopted at the shareholders’ meeting, held in person in Kemino with a quorum of just over 47%.

At the same time, shareholders approved the annual financial statements for 2025, including the management report, balance sheet, income statement, and the auditor’s report. In addition, the budget for 2026 was approved, and an auditor was appointed along with the amount of their remuneration.

Following the vote, Vladimir Konevets, Sergey Lyamarev, and Yuri Ryzhkov were elected to the board of directors.
