09/27/2024, 14:33The profit of the state enterprise “Kyrgyzpharmacia” in 2023 amounted to 28 million KGS. Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev said this at the Ata Jurt parliamentary faction meeting.
He said that the company has already started to conclude direct contracts with foreign companies and in 2023 purchased medicines for 966 million KGS.
"Today, drugs and medical equipment that used to be purchased through FOMS, Kyrgyzpharmacy brings cheaper by 200-600%, concluding agreements directly with manufacturers. For example, the drug Atorvastatin used to be purchased through a tender at 17 KGS per unit, but now KyrgyzPharmacia brings it for 1 KGS 33 tyyn,” the official said.
The minister added that last year the Health Ministry was going to buy 20 fluoroapparots through a tender for 10 million KGS each, and Kyrgyzpharmatsiya did manage to save money by signing a direct contract with the manufacturer for 6 million KGS. Another 11 devices were purchased with the saved money.
