Kyrgyzstan received 20.7 billion KGS in customs duties from the EAEU

In 2025 (January-November), Kyrgyzstan received 20 billion 666.2 million KGS in the form of import customs duties distributed among the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union in accordance with the Treaty on Accession to the Union. These figures are contained in the report on the execution of the republican budget.

For comparison, during the same period in 2024, revenues amounted to 22 billion 46.7 million KGS. Thus, over the year, revenues from the EAEU decreased by 1 billion 380.5 million KGS, or approximately 6.3%.

Russia remains the main source of customs transfers for Kyrgyzstan. In January–November 2025, 16 billion 756.7 million KGS were transferred from Russia to the republic's budget, accounting for more than 81% of all revenues. A year earlier, this amount was higher—18 billion 107.2 million KGS, a decrease of 1 billion 350.5 million KGS (-7.5%).

Revenues from Kazakhstan in 2025 amounted to 2 billion 403.4 million KGS, practically unchanged from 2024 (2 billion 410.8 million KGS).

Kyrgyzstan received 1 billion 26.2 million KGS from Belarus, compared to 1 billion 49.1 million KGS a year earlier — a decrease of about 23 million KGS.

Transfers from Armenia remained stable: 479.9 million KGS in 2025 compared to 479.6 million KGS in 2024.

The decrease in EAEU remittances in 2025 is almost entirely due to a reduction in transfers from Russia, while transfers from Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Armenia remained close to last year's levels.
