Kyrgyzstan has authorised the export of fuel oil and heating oil from the ‘Dzhunda’ plant until the end of 2026

The Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers has authorised the export of up to 9,800 tonnes of furnace fuel and 1,500 tonnes of fuel oil produced by Chayna Petroleum Company ‘Junda’ LLC until 31 December 2026. The relevant decree was signed on 8 October 2026. This was reported in the newspaper ‘Erkin Too’.

The document amends Resolution No. 66 of 1 March 2021 on the temporary ban on the export of oil and petroleum products from the country. The exemption applies to products classified under code 2710 of the EAEU Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature.

The Ministries of Economy and Trade and of Foreign Affairs must notify the relevant international organisations and CIS bodies of the changes no later than three days before the decree comes into force.

The decree comes into force three days after its official publication.
