Fines totalling 68,000 KGS were issued in the Chui Region for exceeding emission limits

In the Moskovsky District of the Chui Region, vehicles were identified whose pollutant emissions exceeded the established limits. Following the raids, seven administrative reports were drawn up, totalling 68,000 KGS.

The checks were carried out by inspectors from the Chui Regional Directorate of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, in conjunction with staff from the Traffic Police in the Moscow District.

The raids were aimed at identifying breaches of environmental requirements relating to the operation of cars and other motor vehicles. Particular attention was paid to vehicles whose emissions exceeded the permissible limits.
