Five plots of land and properties in Kainda have been put up for tender again

Kainda Town Hall has announced a repeat tender for the lease of five commercial plots of land and properties. The most expensive lot is an industrial plot with buildings and structures covering an area of 6.87 hectares, valued at 21.9 million KGS.

A total of five lots are up for tender:

• A plot with an administrative building at 1v Mira Street, covering an area of 6.61 hectares – 1.27 million KGS.
• A plot of land on the premises of OJSC ‘KEK’, covering an area of 8.78 hectares – 702,400 KGS.
• An industrial plot with buildings and structures at 3 Polevoy Street, covering an area of 6.87 hectares — 21.9 million KGS.
• Disused sewage treatment facilities at 1a and 1b Mira Street, covering an area of 27.39 hectares — 1.05 million KGS.
• A vehicle depot with administrative and storage premises at 1 Trudovaya Street, covering an area of 30,542 square metres — 730.2 thousand KGS.

The amounts stated do not include annual land tax payments and contributions to the Social Fund.

Applications for participation are to be submitted to the Kaindy Town Hall, in the office, by 17:00 on 2 November 2026.

Applications must be accompanied by a copy of the applicant’s passport, proof of no outstanding debts to the tax authorities or the Social Fund, and a receipt for payment of the security deposit.

The tender will take place on 9 November 2026 at 10.00 at the Town Hall, located at 19 Kanykey Street, Kaindy, Room 212. Tender proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with a separate proposal for each lot.
