New equipment worth 100 million KGS was handed over to the municipal services of Balykchy

Today, 6 November, a solemn ceremony was held to transfer new equipment to the municipal services of the city of Balykchy, attended by the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev.

The municipal services of the city of Balykchy received 36 units of various municipal equipment worth 100 million KGS: sweepers, garbage trucks, watering machines, and special service vehicles.

Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev noted that the equipment presented will make a significant contribution to improving the city's infrastructure, increasing sanitary cleanliness and the quality of public services.

The Chairman of the SCNS also announced that in the near future, another 500 million KGS will be allocated from the stabilisation fund of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to improve the infrastructure of the city of Balykchy. Kamchybek Tashiev added that since the city of Balykchy is one of the main tourist areas located at the entrance to the Issyk-Kul region, improving the city's infrastructure is one of the important steps for the development of the industry.

During the ceremony to hand over the equipment, the Colonel General also paid attention to the appeals of the gathered residents of the city. They raised issues regarding illegal land allocation in the region, housing provision, and violations in the provision of social services. In this regard, the chairman instructed the relevant local officials to resolve the listed problems.

In turn, the residents of Balykchy expressed their gratitude to the country's leadership for their support.
