10/21/2026, 18:11The Bishkek City Office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department has identified breaches of safety requirements at a construction site at 46 Kurchatov Street.
According to the department, protective fencing around the perimeter of the site was removed during the construction of a retaining wall for an underground car park. This could pose a threat to residents of nearby houses, including children.
KyrgyzKyghanat LLC was issued with a written order requiring it to restore the construction site fencing within three days, provide lighting and install the necessary safety structures.
The department stated that monitoring of compliance with safety requirements at construction sites will continue.
