Teplichny's largest shareholder purchased additional shares, increasing its stake to nearly 77%

Bereke Building acquired an additional block of shares in the joint-stock company “Teplichny,” thereby increasing its stake in the company’s capital to nearly 77%. The transaction took place on June 17.

According to disclosed information, the company purchased additional shares, increasing its holding from 205,236 to 243,801 shares. Its stake in the authorized capital rose from 64.74% to 76.91%, and the value of its holding increased to 24.28 million KGS.

At the same time, Alan Makhatov ceased to be a major shareholder after selling most of his stake. Following the transaction, the number of shares he held decreased from 52,952 to 14,387, and his stake in the company’s capital fell from 16.7% to 4.53%. The value of his stake decreased from 5.27 million KGS to 1.43 million KGS.

Following the purchase, Bereke Building LLC further solidified its position as the largest shareholder of “Teplichny,” consolidating control over more than three-quarters of the company’s shares.
