12/05/2025, 10:27On December 4, transactions were made on the secondary market of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange for the sale of ordinary shares of OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA.” A total of 36,143 shares were sold.
Interestingly, the volume of shares sold on the exchange corresponds to 5.33% of the company's capital — the entire stake of minority shareholder Ulanbek Asanakunov. Thus, there is a high probability that the sold stake belonged to him.
The sold shares brought their owner 21.3 million KGS, as the transactions, four in total, were conducted at a price of 590 KGS per share.

The decision to sell shares may be related to upcoming changes in the structure of share capital as part of the approved process of increasing it.
It should be noted that at the end of the third quarter, the main shareholder of MFC InvesKor SA was the Mongolian company InvesCore NBFI JSC, which owned 92.96% of the shares. After the transaction, it retained full control over the company. In addition, the company still has one minority shareholder with a 1.91% stake.
