The subsidiary of OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan has a new CEO

Airports of Kyrgyzstan JSC announced personnel changes in the executive body of its subsidiary, Asman Oil Company LLC.

According to official information, on November 27, the company's shareholder decided to terminate the powers of Acting CEO Azamat Kadyrov.

The next day, on November 28, the LLC shareholder decided to appoint Mederbek Kurmanbekov as the new CEO.

It is noted that none of the persons involved in the personnel changes hold a stake in the issuer's authorized capital.
