    Major individual shareholders of Eurasian Savings Bank have withdrawn from the capital

    There have been significant changes in the list of shareholders of Eurasian Savings Bank. According to official information, four individuals — Mikhail Pekarskis, Alexander Arseny Kravchenko, Danil Vainshtein and Alexey Korolenko — have completely withdrawn from the list of owners of ordinary shares in the bank.

    As part of the transactions, each of them sold 4,100,374 shares, which corresponded to 8.11% of the authorised capital. The cost of one such package amounted to 82,007,480 KGS.

    Dates of withdrawal from the capital:

    • Alexander Kravchenko — 11 July;
    • Mikhail Pekarskis and Alexei Korolenko — 14 July;
    • Danil Vainshtein — 18 July;

    After the transactions were completed on the specified dates, they no longer held any shares in the bank.

    It is interesting to note that none of these transactions were recorded in the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange system, nor were they registered on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange — BTS platform.

    Furthermore, it is not disclosed to whom the shares were transferred — legal entities or individuals, residents or non-residents, related or independent shareholders.

    We would like to add that, according to the bank's annual report for 2024, there were 40 shareholders listed in the capital, 26 of whom were individuals. Thus, the changes affect a significant portion of the owners — more than 15% of the total number of individual shareholders.
