Who will receive how much? Ala-Too has approved payments to the chairman and the auditor

At the annual general meeting held on April 13, the shareholders of Ala-Too approved the distribution of profits for 2025, dividend payments, and compensation for the management bodies.

According to the resolutions adopted, the company’s net profit of 4.34 million KGS was allocated to cover losses from previous years (3.25 million KGS), while the remaining 1.08 million KGS were transferred to the consumption fund, fully establishing the dividend fund.

The dividend amount was approved at 5.71 KGS per common share. Payments to shareholders will begin on June 1 through the company’s cashier’s office. Shareholders listed in the registry as of March 20 of this year will be entitled to dividends.

Separately, shareholders approved compensation for management and the auditor. The monthly salary for the chairman of the board of directors was set at 40,000 KGS, while the company will pay 25,000 KGS to the external auditor, Audit-Maksat LLC, for an annual audit.

All decisions were adopted unanimously by the shareholders.
