Who in Kyrgyzstan saw the biggest pay rise in February

The growth in average monthly nominal wages has accelerated in Kyrgyzstan. As of the end of January 2026, increases were recorded across all sectors of economic activity, with growth rates in a number of sectors proving significantly higher than the average.

The sector with the highest wage growth was the supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning, where pay rose by 30.5%.

Significant increases were also noted:

  • in professional, scientific and technical activities — by 27.3%
  • in real estate activities — by 26.5%
  • in agriculture, forestry and fishing – by 25.3%
  • in public administration and compulsory social security – by 24.1%

Growth of more than 20% was recorded in the financial sector and insurance – by 21.3%.

In trade and vehicle repair, wages increased by 18.9%, in administrative and support activities – by 18.3%, and in construction – by 18.1%.
