03/05/2026, 09:23Minister of Tourism and Culture Azamat Asanbayev held a meeting with representatives of German financial institutions, during which the parties discussed current projects and prospects for expanding their partnership.
According to the results of the negotiations, the main focus was on initiatives implemented with the support of KfW. These include programs in the field of infrastructure and regional development. The minister noted the stable nature of the long-term cooperation and thanked the partners for their contribution to the socio-economic development of Kyrgyzstan.
The parties separately discussed the role of Deutsche Bank in supporting investment projects and the possible expansion of the portfolio of joint initiatives. Among the priorities are the development of regional programs and the launch of new areas of cooperation.
Mechanisms for attracting additional financing through the instruments of German development institutions for the implementation of infrastructure and investment projects in the country were also considered.
Following the meeting, the participants confirmed their intention to continue the dialogue and strengthen the strategic partnership.
