Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Export Centre have agreed to expand cooperation in transport and healthcare

Daniyar Amangeldiev, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, met with Veronika Nikishina, Director General of the Russian Export Centre, during the St Petersburg International Economic Forum.

During the talks, the parties discussed the prospects for developing trade and economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia. Particular attention was paid to strengthening cooperation in the transport and healthcare sectors.

Following the meeting, further steps were agreed upon aimed at expanding the partnership and implementing joint projects in these areas.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 2026 St Petersburg International Economic Forum, where the Kyrgyz delegation is holding a series of talks with representatives of Russian regions and major organisations.
