11/20/2025, 08:57Finance Minister Almaz Baketaev held talks with Asian Development Bank President Masato Kanda and his delegation. They discussed new financing terms proposed by the bank, as well as key areas for future cooperation.
The minister put forward an initiative from Kyrgyzstan to create a Central Asian Guarantee Fund, which Baketaev proposed to locate in the republic. The project aims to strengthen financial stability and support investment in Central Asia.
Following the meeting, the participants confirmed their interest in expanding the partnership and emphasized their mutual readiness to develop cooperation in the interests of the regional economy.
