He noted that the updated laws “On Investment” and “On Public-Private Partnership” will come into force in 2025, providing transparent mechanisms for interaction between the state and business, equal guarantees for investors, and long-term conditions for investment.
“The PPP Center's portfolio includes more than 90 projects worth over 434 billion KGS. Over the course of the year, more than 10 agreements have been signed, attracting investments worth over US$3 billion,” Amangeldiev said, listing a number of major projects being implemented under PPPs.
He aded that domestic financial institutions had already joined the PPP in 2025 and called on regional leaders to be more active in initiating their own projects.
In conclusion, Amangeldiev emphasized that the Kyrgyz Republic is open to cooperation: “I am confident that the partnership between the state, business, and international institutions will become the engine of the country's sustainable development.”
