06/12/2025, 10:18Bishkek City Hall announced a series of auctions to lease municipal property. You can apply for participation through the electronic trading platform of the Mayor's Office.
The first auction will be held on June 12, 2025. At it, crosswalks near Alamedin and Madina markets are leased, where LED screens can be placed. Also offered is a basement space at 108 Ibraimova Street, with an area of 621 square meters, suitable for sports activities.
On June 13, an auction will be held to rent places in the city's parks. In Yntymak-1 Park, Karagachevaya Grove, Adinay and Ataturk Park, it will be possible to rent sites for catering outlets or shooting galleries. Also on this day, non-residential premises at 141 Moskovskaya Street will be put up for auction.
The next auction is scheduled for June 16. Among the objects are a building on Erkindik Boulevard, a land plot on Shopokova for underground parking with social facilities, as well as plots for parking lots and landscaping.
On June 17, a land plot in the 12th microdistrict will be offered for construction of a kindergarten with offices, as well as a large non-residential building at 501 Frunze Street.
On June 20, participants will be offered a semi-basement premise in Jal residential area of 60.6 square meters.
And the final auction will be held on June 23. On it a land plot of 0.072 hectares at the address Frunze, 370/1 will be offered for rent.
