According to the rates provided, shipping a container from Shanghai to the port of Mersin is estimated at $5,400, from Tianjin at around $5,100, and from Qingdao at between $5,500 and $5,800. The highest rates are quoted for routes to Jeddah – up to $7,000 per container.
Most of the offers relate to 40HQ containers – these are standard 40-foot high-cube containers used to transport large consignments of goods.
The company notes that demand for transport remains high, and rates are fixed only for specific sailings and departure dates.
For Kyrgyzstan, the rise in logistics costs directly affects import prices, as a significant proportion of goods arrive from China via sea routes, followed by delivery through ports and land corridors.
